Video:
Betacam SP with master timecode. CH1: Production Sound / Dialogue, CH2: Temp Narration (no music)
VHS HiFi master (CH1: dialogue & fx mix (no music) CH2: master timecode @ 0VU) with timecode burn in the upper left corner
Quicktime

Audio:
AAF / OMF Version 2
Consolidated and embedded with a minimum of 300 frame handles
AIFC Audio Format
48k / 24 bit

EDL's:
CMX 3600 Format supplied on CD-R ( Audio Only / All Channels )
We also request a printed copy

Formats:
Removeable Disk: CD, DVD, FireWire Drive, SCSI Drive.
Audio Tape: DA-98, Dat, 1/4".
Video Tape: Betacam SP, VHS (NTSC or PAL)
ProTools Sessions: We will accept ProTools version 8x at 48K / 24bit. Include all media along with a ProTools session file.

Exporting OMF to ProTools from Avid Media Composer or Symphony (48K / 24bit):

1. Duplicate your sequence and delete all video tracks.
2. Consolidate your audio sequence using 300 frame handles.
3. Create an exported OMF of the sequence. Choose "OMF Version 2.0"
4.Choose "embed audio media as AIFF". The media will be embedded in the OMF file.
5. Do not check audiovision compatibility.
6.Put the OMF file on a DVD or Hard drive.
7. If available, open the OMF file to verify that your OMF file works before sending it to us.
